Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence: Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.
- Craft Quality Drinks: Efficiently and accurately prepare cocktails, beers, and other beverages while following recipes and service standards.
- Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple guest orders, maintain a clean and organized bar, and restock supplies—all while providing exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
- Up-sell and Recommend: Suggest drink pairings, menu items, and promotions, using your knowledge to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum one year bartender experience is required.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
