Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in preparing food items efficiently, accurately, and in line with Dog Haus standards. Additionally, you’ll assist in keeping the kitchen clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Dog Haus standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure food meets Dog Haus' high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines (OSHA/HACCP compliance).
- Support the kitchen team in preparing menu items during peak hours.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience as a prep cook or line cook preferred, but not required.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs
- A flexible schedule, filling in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Weekend availability.
