We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join Dog Training Elite (DTE), Springfield. As an Office Assistant, you will be at the core of our operations, which includes answering phones, lead follow-up, ensuring seamless daily functions, and strong relationships with our valued clients.
Duties
- Phone Management and Lead Follow-Up: Serving as the first point of client contact, answering phones with professionalism, and diligently following up on leads to convert inquiries into consultations.
- File Management: Efficiently organize and maintain both digital and physical files for easy access.
- Client Relations: Managing client inquiries with professionalism, solving scheduling issues, and ensuring each client feels valued and understood.
- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and managing team calendars to maximize productivity.
- Document Accuracy: Proofreading documents and corresponding to uphold our standards of clarity and precision.
- Administrative Support: Handling data entry, CRM management, and other administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping our workplace clean and organized to promote an efficient work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations.
Experience
- Previous Experience: Preferred applicants have experience in support or administrative roles such as Office Assistant, Veterinary Office Assistant, or Personal Assistant but these are not necessary. Quick learners are highly considered (strongly encouraged to apply).
- Organizational Skills: Preferred applicants have the ability to manage and organize tasks effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Preferred applicants are comfortable with office software and digital tools (quick learners encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Preferred applicants have excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain clear and positive client interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Preferred applicants have the ability to notice and correct errors swiftly and accurately.
