What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Doge Home Services LLC?
Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time scheduler to enhance the quality of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, prior experience in a scheduling role is a plus.
Outcomes
- Make sure all recurring and one time jobs are staffed even when lots of people quit, call in dead or just don’t show up all in the same day.
- Schedule & make sure the following happen: cleanings, quality checks, group interviews, estimate walkthroughs, supply runs, customer happiness calls, weekly meetings, monthly parties & quarterly reviews.
- Make sure cleaners have all the supplies & equipment they need to complete their outcomes
- Communication with Customer Happiness Manager and Salesperson as needed
Expected time investment- Depends on the size of team, but typically around 1-7hours per week
Compensation- 18-22/hr based on prior experience and performance
Guidelines
- Have a minimum of one floater/ emergency cleaner for every 5 cleaners with a minimum of two at all time
- Monitor hiring funnel to make sure you have sufficient new staff coming in and give feedback to owner if and when you don't

- No nights
