We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEO and Paid Media Specialist to join our in-house team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage SEO for multiple clients while running effective Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include : SEO Strategy & Implementation : Develop and execute strategies to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience through on-page, technical, and content optimization for a wide portfolio of clients. Keyword & Link Building : Conduct keyword research and implement ethical link-building strategies to boost domain authority. Performance Monitoring : Analyze SEO metrics and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing actionable insights. Paid Media Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring ROI-focused budget management. Collaboration & Reporting : Provide clients and internal stakeholders with detailed campaign reports, including actionable insights and recommendations. Industry Expertise : Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and platform features to maintain cutting-edge strategies. Requirements include : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required). Certifications (Preferred) : Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications or equivalent credentials. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Google Ads management (2 years preferred). Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and industry-standard SEO tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make technical language simple to understand. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple clients. Skilled at presenting strategies, performance data, and actionable insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
