What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Attendant - Part Time position at Doggie Diva's Bed Bark & Beyond?
Kennel Attendant needed for morning shifts 7 am - 3 pm.
Looking for someone who is dedicated to caring for animals.
-Patient, kind, gentle, and loving with animals
-Must be knowledgeable in animal behavior
-Must be responsible; report to work on time
-Must be able to handle all small and large breeds (Can not be afraid of any breed)
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds by yourself
-Must be able to handle cats
-Maintain a safe work environment
-Be productive and keep busy during a shift
-Excellent and patient, customer service skills
-Clean the building and make sure all kennels duties are done before end of shift
-Must be organized and neat
-Must have computer skills and be able to check dogs in and out and make posts on social media
-Pay starts at $10.00, plus tips, and will receive annual raises based on job performance.
