Overview
Doggy Poop Remover is just beginning and looking to hire someone thats eager and energetic. This is a start-up and you will be the first hired. You will have the opportunity to help develop systems and processes that will be used to train and develop a team of 10 within a year or so. It will start with you as a single staff member in hopes of making our second hire within a few months and continuing that pace. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company by being the first to be a part of it. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations and sales. You will need to be able to take calls, write emails, and schedule routes for the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hands-on management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience. I am looking for the right person to partner with to take this on.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Inspect yards to ensure cleaning procedures are done correctly.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Utilize POS system for efficient transaction processing, scheduling, and reporting.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the fleet vehicles are in good working order, stocked, and ready for the day.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the establishment and attract new customers.
- As systems are developed, the company grows, and we hire more individuals, you will need to be ready to clean 20 yards daily.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management and sells. Able to take calls.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in yard work, mowing lawns, landscaping, etc.
