We have a focus on socializing dogs in an open-play environment, separating our dogs into playrooms by size and temperament. As the Canine Coach, you are the most important person in this process. We teach you how to command a playroom of dogs and monitor body language and behavior, and to maintain our cleaning programs. Your day is spent leading the playroom full of our furry friends by ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment. And once you are fully trained, you can bring your dog to daycare for free while you are at work! Qualifications:
-Must love dogs
-Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
-Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
-Ability to work 6:45am-12:45pm, 1:45pm-6:45pm, and weekends
-Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
-Ability to “own” a playroom of dogs

Expectations and Standards:
-Maintain control of large groups of dogs
-All rooms are equipped with cameras for Pet Parents to stay engaged
-Caring for all dogs as if they were a part of your family
-Maintain up-to-date and accurate data
-Engage, play, and enjoy time with our dog family
-Learn grooming tasks like baths and trimming nails
-Learn how to identify dog breeds and behaviors
-Ensuring operations sets the standard for pet care
-Maintain and update cleaning schedules while holding yourself and teammates accountable to Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards
-Inventory and maintenance of equipment and supplies
