Dogtopia offers award-winning dog daycare, boarding and spa services (with some offering grooming and training), our core service is daycare for dogs. We love and care for all dogs like they’re our own and are dedicated to helping them become a well-balanced pup.

This person should love dogs, and upon successful completion of training, you can ever bring YOUR dog to work with you. What a bonus! As the Front Desk Coordinator, you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters data
- Creates Pet Parent Charts
- Greets EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dogtopia
- Understands Dogtopia's retail items

- Works with team to maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding self and team accountable to Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards
- Manages inventory of cleaning, dog, and first aid supplied
- Dismisses dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitor action plans to retain those with minor issues
- Maintains a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times
- Sets the example to the team on the 3 S's (smile, story, and satisfaction) and holds accounting to internal and extern customer service standards
- Answers phones, emails, and questions from Pet Parents
- Strives for high customer review ratings

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
