FRONT DESK COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work and be the face of Dogtopia? That's right, Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services in Greensburg has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual that will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator. This person should love dogs and have a strong customer service background and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!
What we offer: Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $15/hr, rate can increase with experience

- Consistent and timely attendance
- Ability to recognize dogs and their owners for a personal experience at drop off and pick up
- Completion of all E-learning platforms

- coordinate spa schedule and boarding check in and out
- check out dogs from daycare (we have usually 80-100 dogs a day!)
- assist with getting dogs ready to go home
- ability to wear an earpiece and talk on a walkie all day
- excellent phone skills

Day to Day Duties
- Data entry

- maintaining digital pet records
Qualifications:
- Must love dogs
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the day...our front desk staff need to be able to assist with running dogs in the am and pm during busy times. This is NOT a desk job, despite all the desk work!
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to make/take phone calls while still assisting lobby
- Must be comfortable with up-selling

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
Application Question(s):
- Are you able to work our morning shift, from 630 am to 130 pm?
- Are you able to work our evening shift, from 100 pm to 730 pm?
- This job is labor intensive. Despite being a desk job, you will NOT be sitting most of the day! You will be required to complete multiple tasks throughout the day, and will need to also be trained in basic dog obedience prior to working the desk.
