The Playroom Manager Role
- Ensuring a safe and fun play environment for each pup while supervising the team to ensure all standards are being met.
- Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.
- Creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
- Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person.
- Conduct dog evaluations for all Meet and Greets.
- Provide any meals or necessary medications to dogs in our care.
- Create any necessary Behavior Modification plans for dogs that need one.
- Assess, develop, and train other team members as necessary.
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
