Position Requirement & Training Period
No previous experience working with dogs is necessary. Training for this position will include basic training in large group, open-play canine management; however, the day-to-day responsibilities of this role will not include playroom management. Understanding of the playroom policies and procedures is important to the customer engagement role of this position and so every staff member must experience some training in the playrooms.

What you can offer us:
Day to Day Duties
- Moving dogs safely from the drop off line to their playroom in the morning, and out to their vehicle in the afternoon
- Boarding and daycare dog meal preparation
- Perform basic spa services as needed (training provided)
- Laundry, general cleaning and miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Answer questions from pet parents
- Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
- Relay accurately health and behavioral notes in pet files & share with the pet parent as requested.
- Relay pertinent owner notes and information for the Front of House team in the proper channels
- Maintain confidentiality in Dogtopia practices and all aspects of the business.
- Support your team with day to day responsibilities, as needed.

Customer Service and Presentation
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk and lobby at all times
- Greet all customers promptly and warmly
- Utilize the 3 S’s (smile, story, and satisfaction) and hold yourself accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
- Monitor webcam footage and report concerns to Shift Leader to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strive for high customer review ratings!

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
