What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Assistant - Animal Care position at Dogwood Animal Shelter?
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Animal Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a desire to provide excellent service to our furry guests.
- Assist in the opening of the Shelter
- Cleaning of the kennels, inside and outside
- Maintain clean area for the animals throughout the day
- Feed and water the animals
- Rotate animals according to the schedule
- Assist in preparing for the closing of shelter
We are looking for someone who truly loves animals and who will provide care for them while they wait for their forever homes.
