- Directing the maintenance team and utilizing maintenance software to track and schedule maintenance.
- Collaborating with management on budgeting for facilities maintenance and implementing periodic maintenance per manufacturer's recommendations.
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve efficient work plans and establishing processes and procedures to optimize maintenance activities.
