Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are well-presented and stocked in retail locations. This position requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, executing promotional displays, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

Duties

• Clean and organize merchandise displays to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Manage inventory effectively by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with retail staff to promote sales and enhance product visibility.
• Utilize Adobe software for creating visually appealing promotional materials.
• Lead initiatives to improve merchandising strategies and sales performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding product placement and promotions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries about products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams in achieving merchandising goals.
• Proficient in inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
