The Mobile/Remote Service Coordinator is critical to the overall success of Mobile Service at the dealership. This role coordinates and manages all Mobile Service activities within the dealership.
Skills/Knowledge –
Knowledge of Service Advisor functions, knowledge of dealership operations, customer focused, business acumen, people leader

Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate appointments for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate customer vehicle pick up and redelivery
- Manage Repair Order process from start to finish
- Ensure correct parts are on-hand, and provided to technician for daily work schedule as required
- Process payment
- Coordinate with Parts Department to add additional sales opportunity parts to mobile vehicle daily; ie: filters, wipers, batteries
- Add additional labor and parts to the RO as required, based upon on-site multi-point inspection completion
- Ensure unused parts are accounted for and added back to inventory
Workload Schedule and Routing
- Take incoming Mobile Service requests
- Determine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization
- Utilize Route Optimization to set Mobile Service appointments
- Coordinate with main shop team when repair needs are outside of Mobile Service scope
Customer Communication Prior to, During and After repair
- Confirm customer appointment the day prior to service
- Communicate day of Mobile Service status
- Customer Follow-Up to ensure all went as planned, and exceeded expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Prospect and Partner with Fleet staff to solicit Fleet business
