Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of our daily restaurant business, such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to provide excellent guest service.Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Create a friendly atmosphere for our guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions or complete an important work project while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe.Invest in and develop our cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual & / or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred)Have car and valid drivers license in good standingAble to work approximately a 50-hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, night, weekends and holidaysCan commute up to 25-30 miles each way to / from work locationStrong leadership, communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivationThe independence, initiative and desire to achieveAn attitude of genuine passion for teamworkThe ability to provide our guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great dining experienceEngages, connects and builds relationships with guests and staffHave the creative ability to work with the community and build sales18 years of age.Authorized to work in the USASweet Incentives
