Dahl Consulting (DAHL) is expanding our team of employment experts at our Edina, MN HQ location. The Recruiter is eligible for a base salary uncapped commission!

This is a hybrid role (both onsite and work from home) that is flexible around the 8:00am - 5:00pm timeframe, Monday - Friday.

Recruiter Main Responsibilities

• Utilizes recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for a variety of positions within the industry
• Sources candidates using the Internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
• Identifies qualified candidates through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory and to meet current and future client demand
• Interviews, hires, and places contract employees
• Coaches candidates and employees
• Communicates with applicants and employees regarding interviews and provides them with status updates
• Maintains candidate relationships and manages contract employees
• Consults and coordinates with all team members to better understand clients’ needs and maximize the level of service
• Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure DAHL’s position as a provider of the highest quality service to customers

Recruiter Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, sales, marketing, or any related field.
• 1 year of professional services recruiting (Business Professional, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources or Information Technology) experience
• Highly developed communication skills; in person, face-to-face, and/or via the phone, including written skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential candidates and build relationships
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
