What a Bait Packager will do:
- Distribute work assignments to assemblers/packagers
- Perform setup operations
- Tend to the packaging equipment for continuous operation
- Make routine machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot first-level issues and perform first-level maintenance
- Assist with tooling changeovers
- Ensure needed materials are available
- Change film and printer labels as necessary
- Maintain records and worksheets
- Ensure the designated packaging line operates efficiently
- High school diploma/GED or 2 months of related experience
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
- Ability to perform calculations using weight measurements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations #WEjobhunt
