What you will do as a Bilingual Line Lead :
- Facilitate training and guidance for bilingual employees in the assembly division
- Lead by example, ensuring a productive, safe, and positive work environment
- Oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring quality standards and production goals are met
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating major concerns as needed
- Coordinate with supervisors and management to improve efficiency and workflow
- Provide support to team members, ensuring proper rotation of positions every 2.5 hours
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of production, training, and employee performance
- Foster a team-oriented culture and address concerns to improve employee satisfaction
