What You’ll Do:Strategic HR Leadership
Pay: $140,000 - $150,000Final compensation dependent on location, education, experience, and background.

What You’ll Do:Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Guide workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
- Implement structured performance and engagement programs.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies and promote the employer brand.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across HR practices.
- Oversee Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and EEO initiatives.
- Conduct compensation analysis and benefits planning.
- Manage HRIS tools (ADP Workforce preferred) to streamline processes.
- Deliver training on leadership, compliance, and performance.
- Facilitate strengths-based development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; ADP Workforce HRIS experience preferred.
