What an Events & Retail Manager will do :
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members
- In-field coaching
- Manage department calendar - includes negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space for events
- Oversee participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities
- Expense and P&L management of Events & Showroom; control spend within budget
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR & Finance
- Communicate results and strategy with management
