We’re seeking candidates for Forklift Operator roles on 12-hour day and night shifts (rotating 2-2-3 schedule. What the Forklift Operator will do :
- Safely operate the equipment as stated by company GMPs and Safety protocols
- Assist in set up and control of FEFO / FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials
- Model loads and paperwork handling best practices
- Train / mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors
- Make sure production has the correct packaging for the day
- Keep an accurate count of the finished product
- Verify product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.
- Submit daily counts to the office at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety
