What the General Laborer will do :
- Prepare materials for production, including basic assembly, quality control, part cleaning, and maintenance
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
- Assist with inventory management by pulling, restocking, and accurately labeling components
- Support shop operations through effective organization, documentation, and packaging activities
- Participate in ongoing training designed to build skills in tool usage, blueprint reading, technical troubleshooting, high purity testing, and quality control procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
