We are seeking candidates for a Lead Maintenance Engineer role with a 12-hour schedule and a three-day workweek. Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity is between $65K-$80K with a 3% bonus and relocation assistance! Interested?
What you'll do as Lead Maintenance Engineer :
- Oversee and guide the maintenance crew, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, and work towards minimizing downtime through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems, providing solutions and guidance to the team to maintain optimal production flow.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and address any maintenance-related challenges that impact production.
- Lead efforts in completing scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is in top working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance logs, timecards, and downtime to track progress and improve performance.
