What an Operations Assistant will do :
- Enter and manage customer orders received via email, telephone, fax, or other online Valmet systems
- Provide customer order support via email and telephone
- Works with Logistics or Customer Service to assist with customer needs or paperwork preparation
- Raises customer concerns to the appropriate department with possible assistance with resolution
- Manage office supply inventory
What you need to be an Operations Assistant :
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong customer support skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
- Willingness to learn new tasks
