What you’ll do as the Quality Control Supervisor :
- Supervise quality testing and documentation across production plants
- Collaborate with quality, batching, and production teams to meet quality requirements
- Update policies, SOPs, and quality forms with the Quality Manager
- Act as the main contact for product quality issues with customers and vendors
- Conduct shift meetings to share safety and quality updates
- Ensure staffing meets production quality needs
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards
- Create and update lab SOPs and production sheets
