We are seeking candidates for Quality Control Technician roles on 12-hour Days and Nights shift (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity is $21.00-$23.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as a Quality Control Technician:

- Perform a variety of testing pertaining to energy drinks, including carbonation, brix, weight of cans, tasting of product for conformity
- Accurately collect samples for testing purposes, retention samples, and customer samples
- Perform hourly (sometimes half-hour) quality checks which include, but are not limited to pH, titration and brix, carbonation, taste odor, and appearance, and can weights
- Ensure batching sheets are filled out properly and within specifications before signing off
- Perform Titratable Acidity analysis of products
- Perform HPLC analysis of products for caffeine and preservative levels
- Ensure the accuracy of all measuring devices, including their calibration
- Accurately record and document results from product analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality environment is preferred
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
