What you will do as a Sanitation Technician :
- Clean and sanitize the production floor, walls, and equipment
- Dissemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing
- Assemble clean equipment back together
- Understand protocol and standards for wearing safety gear and glasses
- Understand instructions on chemical use and mixing
- Complete daily task forms
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary or required by the sanitation manager
- Inform and report any issue or equipment malfunction to the sanitation manager
- Understand the function and activity of ozone
- Understand MSS for chemicals used
- Adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices
