What you’ll do as a Senior Foundry Engineer :
- Design and maintain patterns and tooling for iron-casting production
- Implement new processes to improve productivity
- Oversee pattern and tooling work, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate project status with customers and the sales team
- Lead and train the pattern shop team, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate across shifts and departments to maintain smooth operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies
