What you’ll do as a Senior Maintenance Tech :
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Inspect facilities and maintain building systems
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate tasks
- Recruit, train, and supervise technicians and tradesmen
- Develop and manage maintenance budget
- Monitor inventory and coordinate projects
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
