Job Brief:

Doherty Steel is searching for an experienced, career-minded Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the functionality of our Sales Team.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of the construction proposal/presentation/interview process
• Proposal preparation and distribution
• Presentation preparations including PowerPoint and PowerPoint alternatives
• Bid schedule updating as directed
• Sales and Estimating document control
• Update historical data information as directed
• Assist in the development of standard company branding
• Assist in the development/updating of all company logos across multiple departments
• Social media and website updating
• Schedule and organize client outings as directed

Requirements:

• Proactive, self-starter
• Understanding of construction concepts and methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; or proven experience
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
