About the Role
- You will be responsible for supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Enhance employee engagement and address their needs
- Coordinate post-offer Background Checks and Drug Screens
- Create job postings and compile job posting information
- Complete Form I-9 and maintain payroll/HRIS system records
What You Need to Succeed
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in administrative or generalist roles
- Confidentiality and exceptional computer skills
