Engineers Responsibilities
- Lead design reviews for liquid mix and solution coating processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize commercial mixing and coating operations
- Conduct process studies using Quality by Design (QbD) principles
- Update and maintain SOPs, specifications, and validation documents
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support operations with equipment qualification and process optimization
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical industry
- Exposure with large-scale automated equipment
- Preferred experience with CAD software
- Lean manufacturing experience is beneficial
