About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team in Eagan, MN. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for equipment validation, process improvement, and supporting the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document processes through work instructions, create detailed drawings, and internal label specifications.
- Conduct equipment validation tests and test studies to support first article inspection and document processes.
- SUPPORT quality standards, cost targets, and production schedules.
- Support purchasing and complete documentation, evaluate products for corrective actions and preventative actions.
- Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing teams to show samples of prototypes.
- Provide part cost information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Technical degree is preferred, open to equivalent experience.
- Background in either molding and injection casting, metal fabrication, packaging, labeling, or clean room processes.
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms.
- Supported the validation process for medical parts is a bonus.
- Equipment validation is a strong requirement.
