What you’ll do as a Maintenance Planner :
- Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Analyze equipment failures and maintenance trends to implement preventive measures
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to maintenance procedures, inventory, and parts management
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and procure necessary spare parts and tools
- Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and report on key performance indicators
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance practices and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and maintenance processes
