What you’ll do as a Production Supervisor :
- Oversee and coordinate core room operations to meet production schedules, quality, and cost standards
- Train, evaluate, and coach employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance
- Assign work effectively to maximize employees’ skills and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor equipment and workflows, addressing quality and production delays promptly
- Maintain adequate supplies and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Collaborate with maintenance for equipment repairs and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and take corrective actions as needed
