What you’ll do as a Production Supervisor :
- Ensure top-quality production while minimizing costs and adhering to good manufacturing practices.
- Cooperate with all departments of updates and hand-offs between shifts
- Responsible for product usage
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records (i.e. timecards, downtime records, absentee records, etc.)
- Enforce company policies in a fair and consistent manner
- Encourage suggestions from employees that will improve production
- Conduct regular communication and lead monthly department meetings.
