What a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will do :
- Design and modify processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality
- Evaluate new technologies and equipment for competitive advantage
- Prepare project plans, reports, and equipment requests
- Supervise and audit production testing
- Create mechanical drawings and specs for equipment and facilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and present proposals to management and vendors
