What you’ll do as a Blending Supervisor :
- Ensure ingredients are properly received, stored, and prepared for production
- Supervise batching processes to prevent downtime and ensure quality
- Train and guide employees to follow recipes precisely and improve performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with ordering supplies
- Focus on sanitation, including proper chemical use and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and teams to meet product quality standards
- Minimize changeovers and downtime in production
- Coordinate ingredient kits and assist with tanker offloading
- Suggest and implement process improvements
