Validation Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transition from development to commercial production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications for pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Focus on processes such as mixing, coating, slitting, converting, and packaging.
- Support product development through feasibility studies, process optimization, registration, and validation.
- Assist with equipment and facility initiatives, including qualification and change control assessments.
- Enhance manufacturing documentation and standardize methodologies to improve internal processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical industry
- Knowledge of clean room environments and automated equipment
- Led IQ, OQ, PQ equipment, system, software, and experience w/ documentation and reporting
