We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Supervisor roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $26.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor :
- Ensure that the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives including changes to technology and systems, business processes, and organizational structure
- Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects
- Responsible for evaluating and continuous improvement of these processes
- Conduct training of production leads, dock coordinators, distribution clerks as well as inventory control procedures and ensures policies are being followed
- Responsible for the efficient receiving, storage and distribution of all supplies, products
- Assist in set up and control of FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product to our customers as requested
- Recommend and initiate personnel actions of hourly employees with leads, such as hiring, performance evaluations (30-60-90), promotions, and disciplinary measures
- Assist with training and scheduling temporary staffing for assigned production shifts and / or special projects
- Examine and monitor production operations and warehouse operations, systems, and facilities
