Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Installation Consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial projects and a passion for driving sales and achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments.
- Conduct sales presentations and site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical information related to roofing, siding, and remodeling.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Spreadsheets .
