Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Partnerships team in day-to-day campaign coordination and execution
- Assist in building sales materials, pitch decks, and one-sheets for client presentations
- Help coordinate logistics for team events, branded events, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and ad ops to support partnership initiatives
- Conduct research on prospective brand partners and industry trends
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance and deliverables
- Participate in internal meetings to support creative partnership planning
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely follow-up on project tasks
- Assist with populating & maintaining all internal documents/databases with each program’s clean, accurate reporting & final actualized information
- Lead miscellaneous ad hoc projects across the Brand Partnerships functions
Qualifications:
- Must be a college student, currently enrolled, with the ability to receive college credits for internship
- Must be based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Slides / PPT
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of media sales environment
- Basic analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
