Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Creative Producer to join the Hot & Single team! This role is a hybrid of social media strategy, creative content production, and talent coordination, perfect for someone passionate about digital storytelling and audience engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping the online presence of Hot & Single, building a loyal community, and contributing to the show’s continued success.
This role is NYC based.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a detailed social media calendar, planning content around key dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, 100th Episode).
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering meaningful connections with fans.
Creative Production
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, such as thematic episodes or special milestone events.
- Collaborate with brand partnerships team to execute brand campaigns.
- Review and pull timecodes from existing footage for highlight reels, montages, or promotional edits.
- Work closely with editors to ensure assets are aligned with creative vision and ready for release.
Shoot Coordination
- Partner with the casting director to identify and secure talent for filming days.
- Coordinate with cast members prior to shoots, ensuring they know their call times and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, ideally for a digital series, brand, or similar project.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience in creative brainstorming and content planning for social campaigns.
- Familiarity with video production workflows, including selecting timecodes and collaborating with editors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cast coordination and community engagement.
- Passion for digital storytelling and an eye for compelling content.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
- Experience in the dating, lifestyle, or entertainment genre.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track social media performance and optimize strategy.

The base salary for this position at the time of posting will range from $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
