Job Introduction
Dojo Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent that will be willing an anxious to assist all duties as required by the Project Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent will be on site daily ensuring quality, schedule and safety and learning the ins and outs of a construction project on a path to further develop their career in construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist conformance to safety and quality standards
- Progress tracking for schedule conformance
- Communication via phone, text, and email
- Assists Project Management to track project budget
- Ensuring client expectations are understood and met
- Working with all parties for a successful outcome
Qualifications
- Appreciate working with others, problem solving, and hard work
- Experience in construction, whether it be in a trade or as a GC, commercial or residential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and using mobile apps
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or business is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
