Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Chicago & Northwest Indiana. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork industry through strategic customer acquisition and strengthening current client relationships.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Concrete construction experience required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry.
