Job Description
We are an established General Contractor looking for a professional Construction Superintendent with 4 years of experience as a Foreman, or Superintendent or similar supervisory role. Experience in custom high-end residential construction is required. This is a hands-on (bags-on depending on project constraints) position with leadership duties and responsibilities. Positive attitude, good customer service skills, and excellent communication skills are required for this position. You will need to be self-motivated and responsible.

Pay: $90,000-$120,000/year

Full Time Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural and structural plans and advise on construction means and methods.
- Manage Schedule & coordination with subcontractors
- Manage in house labor per project needs, oversees quality, and directs daily tasks.
- Lay-out & quality control for all aspects of construction
- Attend site meetings with the Project Manager, Owners, and Architects.
- Adhere to and reinforce onsite safety program.
- Maintain jobsite records & daily log
- Work with Project Manager to track the budget and stay on schedule.
- Work with Project Manager to select subcontractors and procure materials.
- Responsible for site mobilization and scheduling inspections.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience
- Residential construction, specifically with high-end custom homes
- Read architectural, civil and structural plans as well as other common construction documents.
- Standard knowledge in computer programs and software i.e Microsoft excel, projects, word. etc…
- Be able to think on your feet and problem-solve remodeling issues
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Standard carpentry tools (specialty tools will be available for use)
- Work independently or with a crew
- Clean and presentable work attire
