Dolan Toyota Delivery Specialist

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Delivery Specialist to effectively communicate and help customers understand vehicle technology, serve as front-line support to customers and fellow associates in the dealership with complex technology questions or concerns, and ensure all internal and external customers understand vehicle technology that will result in an industry-leading guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features.
• Use iPad and supporting apps to record each customer interaction and to reference vehicle features and technology.
• Assist signing up customers with connected services.
• Provide front-line customer support for vehicle technology issues; understand customers' concerns and find appropriate ways to resolve them.
• Provide resources and teach customers how to easily self-access those resources.
• Follow up with customers to ensure understanding and anticipate additional technology needs.
• Hand-write thank you cards to Toyota customers daily.
• Work effectively with various positions and departments that support the customer delivery process.
• Partner with other Delivery Specialist to share information regarding common concerns after vehicle delivery.
• Assist management or customers with product knowledge training as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Master expert product knowledge on all vehicles; proactively seeks out information and master operations of features and controls of the vehicles.
• Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations.
• Utilize all resources and applications to assist in technology information support.
• Attend all training and meetings as requested.
• Assist sales and customers with offsite services as safety and regulations permit IE: garage door openers, delivery to homes, and paperwork assistance.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
