What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Dolci di Maria?
Gluten free bakery seeking energetic individual to join our team. Tuesday through Friday (4 day work week).
- Follow recipes and learn our processes to mix, portion, bake and ice cakes, brownies, biscotti, and muffins together with small team.
- Be physically able to work on your feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be detail oriented and able to monitor quality control as you work.
- General cleaning tasks-dishes, mopping, cleaning equipment in rotation with other staff members.
- Help with packaging and labeling baked goods as needed.
- Some baking or production/ restaurant kitchen experience preferred. You will be trained on our particular processes.
- If you have experience or skills in these areas, we want to know: social media, running tailgate market/ event booths, doing local deliveries, mail order fulfillment.
